Custom Jewelry

Custom jewelry orders are created specifically for each customer based on the information provided during the design process.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

  • Engraving requests (if offered in the future)

Buck & Fin Co. reserves the right to decline any custom project at our discretion.

Ring Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size when placing an order.

Buck & Fin Co. is not responsible for incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued due to incorrect sizing unless an official Buck & Fin Co. ring sizer purchased through our store was used. In those cases, concerns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Certain ring styles cannot be resized due to their construction and materials.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment of an order.
