We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create a piece that is truly worth the wait.
Processing & Production Times
Most orders require production time before shipment.
While many orders are completed within a few weeks, some projects may take longer depending on material availability, design complexity, and order volume.
Certain materials used in our jewelry may need to be specially ordered from suppliers before production can begin. In these situations, production may be delayed while we wait for materials to arrive.
We will make every effort to keep customers informed if significant delays occur.
Custom Jewelry Orders
Custom and keepsake jewelry often require additional time due to the unique nature of each project.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted shipping carriers selected by Buck & Fin Co.
Shipping options and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout when available.
Delivery Times
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
Buck & Fin Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Buck & Fin Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the item.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. We will assist when possible, but Buck & Fin Co. cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
