Return & Exchange Policy
Our Commitment to Quality
At Buck & Fin Co., every piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made and created specifically for each customer, all sales are considered final.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom jewelry
- Antler rings
- Wood inlay rings
- Memorial jewelry
- Breast milk jewelry
- Cremation jewelry
- Flower preservation jewelry
- Made-to-order items
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Ring Sizing
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate ring size when placing an order.
Buck & Fin Co. is not responsible for incorrect ring sizing provided by the customer, and refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued due to an incorrect size being ordered.
The only exception is when a customer has purchased and used an official Buck & Fin Co. ring sizer available through our store. In these situations, sizing concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Because many of our rings contain specialty inlays and custom materials, resizing may not be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Workmanship Issues
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a workmanship defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
While all sales are final, we will review workmanship concerns and shipping damage on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of both the packaging and the item immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
